- Directions: As a dietary supplement take one pill per serving. Although many people will need to take more than one pill per day we ask that you first ask your doctor before doing so as some people are sensitive to stimulants. One or two pills will be strong enough for most people. If you do not feel the effects please email info@addrena.com. In rare occasions individuals may need three capsules under doctor supervision to feel the full effects.
- Precautions
- Do not consume with any caffeine or stimulants including but not limited to: coffee, tea, soda, any dietary supplement containing caffeine or other products designed for weight loss or energy enhancement. Reduce or discontinue use if sleeplessness, tremors, dizziness, nervousness, headaches or heart palpitations occur. Do not consume for at least two weeks prior to surgery. Improper use of this product will not improve results and is potentially hazardous to a person’s health. Do not take within 4 hours of bedtime. Drink at least ten 8 ounce glasses of water per day. Read warnings and only use as directed.
- Nootrostim can have stimulant side effects such as increased blood pressure, nausea, jitteriness, and a lack of sleep if taken after midday. Please promptly return if you bought this product in error of not knowing this. Only begin with one capsule when you start. If you have any issues please contact us at info@addrena.com immediately. For best results we recommend taking some days off for maximum effectiveness.
