- SUGGESTED USE: After completing Steps A and B of the program, take 1-2 capsules of Step C twice a day as needed to prevent desire to smoke. Take all capsules with 8 oz. of water or milk and food.
For maintenance, take 1-2 capsules twice a day to prevent cravings.
