Do not exceed one purple tablet and one yellow capsule in any 4-hour period. Do not exceed 3 purple tablets and 3 yellow capsules in any 24-hour period. This product contains a signifi cantly potent xanthine (stimulants) mixture, of approximately 300 mg per serving.
