- SUGGESTED USE: Mix 1 sachet with 4 oz (115 mL) of cold water, juice, or other beverage and drink one time daily or as recommended by your health-care practitioner. For best results mix by shaking with ice and drink within 30 minutes of mixing. To maximize absorption consume approximately 1 hour before or after food, and 2 hours before or after taking any drugs or other dietary supplements.
