To assess your tolerance, start by drinking 1 scoop mixed with 12 oz. of water 30-45 minutes prior to intense exercise.
Trained athletes or those with high tolerance to strong stimulants might require an extra scoop. DO NOT EXCEED 3 SCOOPS IN A 24 HOUR PERIOD!
This product contains several synergistic ingredients for energy & alertness, so do not take it within 6 hours of sleep.

Under 150 lbs. = 1 scoop with at leat 12 oz. of water
150-180 lbs. = 2 scoops with at least 16 oz of water
Over 180 lbs. = 3 scoops with at least 20 oz. of water

This product contains Beta Alanine which can cause a tingling sensation on the skin. This is normal and will usually lessen within 2 hours. The more you take of this product, the less tingle sensation you will notice over time. Users with hyper beta-alaninemia should not take this product.
