HOW
In a shaker bottle
• Fill a shaker bottle with 200 ml (about 6 oz.) of room temperature/tepid water.
• Add 2 level scoops of Vitargo(R) S2 and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
• Add 500-600 ml (16 - 20 oz.) of cold water and shake vigorously for 15 - 20 seconds.
In a blender
• Vitargo S2 can be combined with your favorite post-training blender concoction – protein
