- Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules with 8 oz. of water approximately 30 minutes before breakfast of your first meal. Please read the entire label before use and follow the directions. For maximum cognitive enhancement, take 2 capsules with 8 oz. of water approximately 30 minutes before mental activity, with a minimum of 4 hours apart from your previous serving.
