DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 level scoop with 3 oz to 6 oz of water and drink immediately on an empty stomach 30-45 minutes before training. If desired, use a second level scoop at least 4 hours after using the initial first level scoop. DO NOT take more than 2 level scoops in one day. Use approximately 3 oz to 6 oz of water per 1 level scoop of powder. To achieve maximum results take on an empty stomach.
