- CoEnzyme Q10 (also know as ubiquinone) is found in the mtochondria of every cell and in high concentrations in heart tissue. It helps maintain cardiovascular health and promotes vitality and energy. Since CoEnzyme Q10 is a fat-soluble nutrient, it is best absorbed when combined with a small amount of fat. Therefore, we added oil to our CoEnzyme Q10 before encapsulation, eliminating the need to take with food containing fat.
