A healthy balance of probiotics can offer protection against an overgrowth of opportunistic pathogens (like candida). My probiotics can improve the presence of Lactobacilli, a bacteria that usually dominates the vaginal microbiota in its normal healthy state (the right kind of lady bugs)!
