- Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule with your first meal of the day to assess tolerance. Once tolerance is assessed, 2 capsules may be taken every 4-8 hours. Do not use more than 2 capsules at once. Do not use more than three servings (6 capsules) in any 24 hour period. Do not combine with other stimulant based supplements or medications.
