- Recommended Dosage: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 heaping scoop of No. 17 with 8 oz. of water or fruit juice or low fat milk, or as desired. Stir well or mix in a blender until mixture is smooth. Follow with another 8 oz. glass of water. For optimum results, use this product with other Wachters' products.
