- The fatty acids that are needed for health cannot be made by the body and must be supplied through the diet. Every living cell of the body needs essential fatty acids for rebuilding and producing new cells. Scientists classify essential fatty acids into two basic categories, omega-3 fatty acids and omega-6 fatty acids. No. 36 provides a good ratio between Omega-3 Fatty Acids, Omega-6 Fatty Acids and Omega-9 Fatty Acids with a combination of Pumpkin, Flax and Chia seeds along with Evening Primrose and Lecithin. L-Glutamine and Chlorophyll may assist in maintaining the proper acid/alkaline balance in the body.
