- Andrew Lessman’s Phosphatidyl Serine 200 provides an ultra-concentrated source of the brain’s most important phospholipid. Phosphatidyl serine (PS) is a vital part of all cell membranes; however, it is in the brain where it is most highly concentrated and its benefits are therefore most apparent. Unfortunately, there are no good dietary sources of PS, so its independent benefits are only available via supplementation.
