- Suggested Use: For managing cholesterol, take 2 capsules daily of Bergamonte during the first 1 to 6 months until optimal healthy cholesterol is achieved; 1 to 2 capsules as maintenance dose may be taken thereafter. It is not suggested to take more than three capsules per day.
