- Suggested use: As a dietary supplement mix 1 scoop with 8oz of water 15 to 30 mins prior to exercise for optimal results. Do not exceed 2 scoops in a 24 hour period. It is recommended not to consume within 4 hours of bedtime.

- Do not consume synephrine or caffeine from other sources, including but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda and any other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine. Consult with your physician prior to use if you are pregnant or nursing. or if you are taking medication, including but not limited to MAOI inhibitors, antidepressants,aspirin,nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or products containing phenylephrine, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or other stimulants. Consult your physician prior to use if you have a medical condition, including but not limited to heart, liver, kidney, or thyroid disease, psychiatric or epileptic disorders, difficultly urinating, diabetes, high blood pressure,, caradiaarrythmia, recurrent headaches, enlarged prostate or glaucoma. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery of if you experience rapid heart beat, dizziness, severe headaches or shortness of breath. Caution: Athletes or other persons who are subject to testing for performance enhancing drugs may test positive when using dietary supplements. All persons are advised to contact their drug testing organization prior to use of this or any other dietary supplement.
