- 21st Century's (R) OcuHealth(TM) is a high-potency vitamin & mineral formula with Lutein, Zeaxanthan, DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) and Bilberry Extract. Lutein and Zeaxanthan are the only carotenoids generally found in the eye. Their antioxidant properties and ability to absorb damaging near-to-UV blue light may be why these particular carotenoids are so valuable to eye health.
