One enteric coated softgel capsule features a total of 900 mg of omega-3 fatty acids - 540 of EPA and 360 mg of DHA, three times the strength of GNC's regular Fish Oil. The enteric coating allows the softgel capsule to break down and absorb in the small intestine. This controls or reduces fishy burps.
