- ProQuick has a combination of high quality proteins as well as complex carbohydrates, with multivitamins, minerals and other important nutrients.
ProQuick was developed to maximize absorption and utilization of specific proteins, which enhance muscle tissues recovery and regeneration. Adequate protein supplementation is necessary for those who routinely exercise to prevent the breakdown of lean muscle tissue. This quality product is rich in branch-chain amino acids that are important to bodybuilders since they are metabolized directly into the muscle.
ProQuick mixes quickly without the need of a blender and it tastes great.
