- This product may occasionally cause constipation, diarrhea, or may color stool black. It may cause gastrointestinal discomfort (such as nausea) which may be minimized by taking with meals.

Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.

- Suggested Use: Adults: Take one (1) packet daily with or after a meal as a dietary supplement, or as directed by your physician. Before taking, mix contents of packet with liquid or soft food such as applesauce. Take soon after mixing.
