An 8-week study examined the addition of 2,000 calories (over 2,000 calories are found in 2 servings of MASS-TECH each mixed with 2 cups of skim milk) to a high-protein diet containing approximately 2,300 calories and a weightlifting program. On average, subjects gained 6.8 lbs. of mass while control subjects gained 1.3 lbs.
