- Both fiber and probiotics offer many health benefits. Experts recommend that adults consume 25 to 35 grams of fiber per day to maintain good health and support healthy digestive function.* Fiber increases bulk and aids in the transit of food through the intestines, provides relief from occasional constipation, and gently cleanses the colon.* It also aids in eliminating unwanted toxins from the body. Probiotics work to keep a healthy balance of intestinal flora by reducing the amount of harmful bacteria in the digestive tract and stimulating the growth of beneficial "friendly" bacteria.* Probiotics have also been shown to help reduce bloating and stomach discomfort and enhance overall health and well-being.* Including GNC Natural Brand(tm) Clear Mixing Super Fiber with Probiotics as part of your healthy habits each day is an excellent way to ensure you get the fiber and probiotics you need to help maintain a healthy digestive system.*
