- Magnesium, Calcium and Boron are the most essential minerals necessary for bone, muscle and cartilage health. The emphasis in this formulation is on magnesium with a balanced amount of calcium. Most people absorb six to ten times more calcium than magnesium in their diet, therefore MCB has the right proportion of magnesium to calcium. These low potency minerals are "completely and immediately absorbed at the cellular level". The labeled amounts can therefore be equivalent to ten times a non-angstrom sized mineral. MCB can be taken with Sports Blend for complete mineral replacement.
