- Formula re: Contains
- Sleep Refined is a break-through formula that targets all 3 stages of the sleep cycle, ensuring better quality and sustainable sleep. Using an innovative release technology, each ingredient is delivered in precise doses at different times throughout the night. Within 30 minutes of consumption, specific doses of non-habit forming melatonin, Venetron-a clinically studied Apocynum venetum leaf extract-and Suntheanine, a patented pure form of the amino acid L-theanine, all act in symphony to prepare the stage for a restful night. A second dose of melatonin and Suntheanine are released later in the night, to promote sleep maintenance and help you wake up relaxed and refreshed to start your day.
