- Suggested Usage: PGX Granules can be taken with or without food with a glass of water (8–16 oz. or 1–2 cups) or as directed by a health professional. Drink additional water after ingesting PGX. Use consistently with or without meals or with healthy snacks to greatly reduce appetite and curb food cravings.
Week 1: 1/2 scoop, once daily.
Week 2: 1/2–1 scoop, once daily.
Week 3 and beyond: 1 scoop, once daily
