- Post-workout perfection
ISO-ology is engineered to be the perfect post-workout protein because of its double-dose of leucine and its rapid absorption. After an intense workout there's a critical 45 minute window of opportunity available in which to consume nutrients vital for maximum recovery and optimum strength gain. Once ingested, ISO-ology's free-form leucine first kicks in and begins stimulating muscle repair. Then within only 30 minutes your body digest the rest of ISO-ology, triggering all of the crucial muscle building processes that make this the ultimate post-workout protein!
Double the leucine for double the muscle
Leucine is the single most important amino acid for muscle synthesis and accelerated recovery. Gram for gram & scoop for scoop, ISO-ology has twice as much leucine compared to other whey powders, which may amplify new muscle growth by two-fold or even more (see chart). Why is leucine so important? Physiologists and nutritionists have pinpointed leucine as directly responsible for triggering the mTOR muscle synthesis cascade and signaling all muscle cells to begin absorbing protein and other nutrients required for repair & growth.
- Formulation re: Does NOT Contain
- Clean label: No proprietary blend
- General Statements: All Other Content
- Many companies tout the inclusion of additional BCAAs in their proteins, yet they intentionally obscure the minimal dosages in a deceiving "proprietary blend." There is, however, a simple test to check if you are receiving an efficacious amount of additional amino acids: Can you visually see the added leucine & BCAAs?
- Formula re: Contains
- Free-form leucine always appears as shiny, highly visible specks, especially in darker-colored and chocolate-flavored proteins. Simply put, if you cannot see the added leucine there's not enough for it to make a difference in your performance.
We also only use premium vegetable-derived L-leucine as opposed to the more common and inferior grades produced from animal feathers and other animal byproducts.

- It's hard to believe something so decadent and delicious can be good for you. I don't even know how to describe it. Luxurious? Delicious? Rich? It's not overly sweet either, which I like. It's perfect.
