使い方

Suggested Use: Adults, take one capsule daily, preferably with a meal.

For your protection, do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing.

Caution: Follow label directions: Do not take more than 500 mg of Niacin or 250 mg of time release Niacin per day, except under the supervision of a doctor.
