- Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
- Directions: Adults and children over 10: take 1 slow dissolve tablet daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. Let dissolve in mouth or under tongue. Do not swallow whole. For best results, we suggest 3 tablets a day for the first 10 to 14 days. After that, take one to two tablets daily. Most people take one in the morning and one in the afternoon to maintain and enjoy that feeling of endless energy every day!
