DIRECTIONS: Take one serving (2 Rapid-Release Caplets) with a glass of water three (3) times daily, approximately 30 minutes before your three main meals. Do not snack after dinner or between meals. Do not exceed two (2) caplets in a 4-hour period and/or six (6) caplets in a 24-hour period.
