- Suggested Use: Shake well before use. Intended as a dietary supplement. One-ounce cup (2 tbsp) daily unless otherwise directed by a physician. Can be taken as recommended by itself or add to any juice or smoothie.
Directions to use enclosed dosage cup: Fill the cup to the 2 tbsp and dispense directly into mouth.
