Simply stir up one scoopful of powder with liquid. Enjoy! Blend Up: Add a serving of BCAA powder into a blender with the desired amount of liquid and blend for 20-30 seconds. To make your Amazing Muscle BCAA drink refreshing, add 1-2 ice cubes and blend for 30 seconds. Enjoy!
