- Formulation re: Other
- L-Glutamine is an essential amino acid that is naturally produced in the body. L-Glutamine may help in the synthesis of proteins, providing energy to cells, regulating kidney function, and transporting ammonia throught the circulatory system. There could be a number of factors that can deplete the natural supply of L-Glutamine in the body like stress, intense exercise, etc. People who are subject to these factors may take L-Glutamine supplements to replenish their body's supply of L-Glutamine in an order to provide extra fuel for their immune system and muscles. In addition, L-Glutamine may also help to improve strength, energy, and recovery from high intense workouts.
