Directions of use:
Dissolve 1-2 scoops (enclosed) of the dairy-free probiotic powder in one glass of purified water and drink it. Do this first thing in the morning and/or at bedtime.
Storage
Bottles should be kept tightly closed and stored in the refrigerator to retain maximum potency.
