- 使い方
- Suggested Use: Adults mix 1 teaspoon in 1/2 cup water two to three times daily. Can be increased up to 1 Tbsp. several times daily. If constipation is present, start with a smaller amount and increase liquid intake. Children receive 1/2 or less of the adult amount.
