Blend 1 scoop of Longevity Calcium Shake Toffee into 6 -10oz of liquid. (depending on your preference in shake taste and thickness).
Suggested Uses:
Blend into water, unsweetened almond, rice milk or coconut milk (start with smaller amount of liquid, add more to taste). You can also blend 1 scoop in a blender with your favorite liquid and handful of ice. You can add a scoop of SY Pure Body (Lean) Protein for an ice cream/dessert like consistency. Or mix SY Creamy Coconut Powder for added creamy coconut flavor.
