- Foster Regal's 800 mg Green Coffee Bean Extract is low in caffeine but contains 50% (400 mg) of a natural compound called Chlorogenic Acid which has been shown to inhibit the release of glucose while at the same time boosting metabolism. These two mechanisms work synergistically to inhibit fat absorption.
