- Suggested use: As an adult dietary supplement, take 1-2 servings with each meal or 2-3 servings during caloric restriction. Individuals engaged in intensive training or weigh over 200lbs should consume at least 2-3 servings. Mix 1 level (9.2g) scoop with 8-12 oz. water or beverage of choice.
