Why other fat burners can also burn muscle...
Extensive, unbiased scientific documentation indicates that the ingredients in most other "fat burner" products can cause your body to burn muscle tissue, along with the fat which these products are intended to burn. The ingredients in these products can cause increased cortisol levels. Cortisol is sometimes referred to as a "stress hormone" and can be highly catabolic (causing muscle loss/breakdown), thus causing your body to actually break down muscle tissue and preventing your body from adding new muscle mass. So although these ingredients are effective at burning fat, they may also cause you to burn/lose muscle. One of the most important goals of anyone attempting to lose or burn fat/weight should be to keep the muscle they already have and just lose the fat.
Thermogize is formulated with this exact concept in mind.
- Formulation re: Does NOT Contain
- Thermogize is free of those cortisol stimulating ingredients such as caffeine anhydrous, synephrine, and ephedra.
- Formulation re: Other
- In addition to that, Thermogize contains ingredients which buffer against excess cortisol production, further reducing the possibility of muscle loss/breakdown.

- Other products may also claim to burn fat and build muscle, but a closer scientific look at these products and their claims and formulations reveals that this is not always the case.
Why Thermogize is also better than ephedra...
Before it was banned, other supplement companies sold ephedra products which have been proven to be harmful. Healthy 'N Fit never sold these products for mere profit because we believed it was not in the consumer's best interest. Ephedra may be efficacious for weight loss, however, it can also be a stimulator of excess cortisol which can lead to muscle loss.
Spanning four decades, Healthy 'N Fit Nutritionals is a proven leader in many nutritional technologies. The nutritional science experts at Healthy 'N Fit have developed the technology which is incorporated into Thermogize.
In order to achieve your weight/fat loss, energy, and lean muscle goals it is essential, as with any product such as this, to have a good diet and reduce your calories, along with exercise which will further enhance your results.
