- Vitamin K is essential for maintaining the body's calcium balance which is critical for bone and blood health, while Vitamin D promotes bone health, cognitive function, and immune support. Several different forms of Vitamin K2 exist, ranging from MK4 to MK13, each providing unique health benefits. Until recently, only MK4 and MK7 were available in supplements.
