Blend, shake or stir contents of one stick pack into 8 fluid ounces of water or the beverage of your choice. May adjust amount of water to suit taste. For maximum effect, consume the contents of two stick packs daily. Consume one serving 30-45 minutes before breakfast. Consume the second serving approximately 2 hours after lunch, preferably mid-afternoon.
