Blend, shake or stir contents of one stick pack into 8 fluid ounces of water or the beverage of your choice. For maximum effect, consume the contents of two stick packs daily (multiply ingredient amounts by 2 for total daily serving size). Consume one serving 30-45 minutes before breakfast. Consume the second serving approximately 2 hours after lunch, preferably mid-afternoon.
