Take on empty stomach.
Immediate & urgent use: For liver support: Take 2 capsules with water, 3 times a day. Lung Support: Take 4 capsules daily as needed or consult physician.
Maintenance: Liver Support: 1-2 caps daily with water. Lung Support: 4 caps once or twice daily.
