- 使い方
- Directions for use: Teens/Petite/PMS & Peri/Post/Menopausal: Take one cap daily in the early a.m. & 1 cap in the afternoon away from food. If symptoms do not improve in 5 days, increase dosage to 2 caps 2x a day.

- Warning: Avoid any form of estrogen or precursor hormones. May be taken with progestin-only birth control pills.
- Consult physician if pregnant or nursing.
