As a dietary supplement mix 1 serving (2 scoops) of KETOBURN with 8-12 ounces of cold water.
Loading phase: Take 2 servings of KETOBURN for 3 days and eat a reduced calorie diet (500 cals) of 75% fat, 20% protein, & 5% carbs to induce ketosis.
Maintenance phase: Take 1 serving of KETOBURN daily while on the ketogenic diet to maintain ketosis.
