Take one serving (6 capsules) of C4 Ultimate Shred with food in the morning or early afternoon. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is attributed to Beta-Alanine. Do not take within 6 hours of bedtime. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day. Use only as directed.
